Learning to Love as we Reckon with Power: Jesus and Women

A 7-session live online class

This 7-session class will look at key interactions in the Gospels that Jesus had with women and note the themes and patterns of how Jesus reckoned with power to love them. Passages covered include: Jesus and the woman at Simon the Pharisee's house, Jesus and the Samaritan woman, Jesus and the woman with the issue of blood, Jesus and the Canaanite woman, and others.

When taken all together some very intriguing insights into how we live in love today become clear.

We will meet over Zoom on Tuesdays at 12-1pm ET (starting Sep 15 and finishing Nov 3). We'll send a recording of each session to everyone who registers, in case you can't make the class live.
