Estimados pastores,<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Estoy contigo. Te veo. S\u00e9 lo duro que est\u00e1s trabajando. S\u00e9 cu\u00e1nto te importa. Conozco el profundo compromiso que tienes con tu vocaci\u00f3n. Es tu vocaci\u00f3n la que te sostiene en tiempos dif\u00edciles del ministerio, momentos en que te lanzan piedras y momentos en que personas a las que quieres mucho entran y salen de tu vida.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Tambi\u00e9n s\u00e9 que crees que no fuiste llamado a ser pastor solo en los momentos convenientes, sino tambi\u00e9n en los momentos realmente dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

S\u00e9 que has le\u00eddo los libros de historia de la iglesia que hablan de c\u00f3mo la iglesia corr\u00eda hacia el dolor, el sufrimiento y los enfermos. S\u00e9 que te conmovieron y te motivaron esas historias y oraste para que Dios te diera la fuerza y el coraje para hacer lo mismo si la oportunidad se presentaba.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

S\u00e9 que han sido llamados a proclamar a Cristo resucitado con toda la energ\u00eda que tienen. Y que oran para que su congregaci\u00f3n experimente la vida nueva que solo se encuentra en Cristo resucitado.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

S\u00e9 que crees que es en momentos como estos que Dios te llam\u00f3 a ser pastor. No solo en las temporadas f\u00e1ciles. No solo en las temporadas donde el fruto dobla las ramas del \u00e1rbol, sino en los momentos en que la gente sufre, est\u00e1 sola, enferma y llena de preguntas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Lo s\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Y s\u00e9 que est\u00e1s orando, anhelando y pidi\u00e9ndole a Dios que te d\u00e9 nuevas ideas sobre c\u00f3mo puedes liderar la iglesia en esta temporada de desconexi\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Lo s\u00e9. Estoy contigo. Lo siento profundamente. Estoy trabajando contigo. Me presento todos los d\u00edas. Dando lo mejor de m\u00ed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

No me tomar\u00e9 los pr\u00f3ximos 2 meses libres como unas vacaciones prolongadas. No puedo. No por el sueldo. Sino porque mi vocaci\u00f3n no me lo permite. No puedo quedarme de brazos cruzados y mirar. He sido llamado a estar en medio de todo. Es parte de m\u00ed. No puedo separarme de ello de la misma manera que no puedo separarme del aire en mis pulmones.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

S\u00e9 que mi familia entiende las largas horas, las videollamadas nocturnas, mis ojos cansados, mi mente agotada, porque ellos tambi\u00e9n son llamados conmigo. Somos una familia en misi\u00f3n juntos. Ellos saben que los amo. Y me aman. Y rezan por m\u00ed. Y rezamos juntos en la cena por nuestra sanaci\u00f3n y la sanaci\u00f3n de quienes nos rodean. Pedimos que Dios haga una obra buena en nosotros para que pueda hacer una obra buena a trav\u00e9s de nosotros.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Si eres como yo, has le\u00eddo las publicaciones en redes sociales que te dicen que puedes quedarte en casa y ver Netflix en pijama\u2026 y sientes algo burbujeando dentro de ti. Es una inquietud. No te sientes c\u00f3modo con la perspectiva de quedarte al margen y verlo suceder. No puedes. Porque has sido llamado.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Conozco esa tensi\u00f3n. Y quiero que sepas que es buena. Es una tensi\u00f3n sagrada. Es un desasosiego sagrado.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Quiero que sepas que te necesitamos. El mundo necesita que la iglesia sea Jes\u00fas en plena exhibici\u00f3n ahora mismo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Necesitamos que ores. Necesitamos que sue\u00f1es. Necesitamos que prediques. Necesitamos que hagas llamadas. Necesitamos que env\u00edes mensajes de texto llenos de compasi\u00f3n. Necesitamos que escribas devocionales. Necesitamos que empoderes a los santos para que vivan las declaraciones de \u201cunos a otros\u201d que se encuentran en el Nuevo Testamento. Necesitamos que animes. Necesitamos que proclames esperanza. Necesitamos que nos muestres c\u00f3mo lamentarnos y tener esperanza. Necesitamos que nos se\u00f1ales de vuelta a la Palabra escrita de Dios. Necesitamos que nos recuerdes que el Se\u00f1or es nuestra esperanza y \u00c9l no nos fallar\u00e1.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

As\u00ed que, por favor, no te detengas. Yo no me detendr\u00e9. No puedo detenerme. Y cuando te canses, recuerda las palabras de Jes\u00fas:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Vengan a m\u00ed todos ustedes que est\u00e1n cansados y agobiados, y yo les dar\u00e9 descanso. Lleven mi yugo sobre ustedes y aprendan de m\u00ed, que soy manso y humilde de coraz\u00f3n, y hallar\u00e1n descanso para sus almas. Porque mi yugo es f\u00e1cil de llevar y mi carga es ligera.<\/p>\r\nVenid a m\u00ed todos los que est\u00e1is trabajados y cargados, y yo os har\u00e9 descansar. Llevad mi yugo sobre vosotros, y aprended de m\u00ed, que soy manso y humilde de coraz\u00f3n; y hallar\u00e9is descanso para vuestras almas; porque mi yugo es f\u00e1cil, y mi carga es ligera.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Est\u00e1 bien tomar un descanso. Respirar. Por favor, mant\u00e9n tu d\u00eda de descanso. Ap\u00e1galo y disfruta a tu familia. Incluso podr\u00edas necesitar una siesta. Sal a caminar. R\u00ede. Procesa tu experiencia interior.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

El hecho de que puedas trabajar todo el tiempo, y s\u00e9 que siempre hay trabajo que hacer, no significa que debas trabajar todo el tiempo. Esto ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil para nosotros. Requerir\u00e1 disciplina para presionar el bot\u00f3n de pausa. Pero debemos hacerlo porque recuerda estas palabras de Jes\u00fas:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Yo soy la vid; ustedes son las ramas. El que permanece en m\u00ed y yo en \u00e9l, dar\u00e1 mucho fruto; porque separados de m\u00ed, nada pueden hacer.<\/p>\r\nYo soy la vid, vosotros las ramas; el que permanece en m\u00ed y yo en \u00e9l, \u00e9se da mucho fruto; porque separados de m\u00ed nada pod\u00e9is hacer.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Continuemos acerc\u00e1ndonos a Jes\u00fas para que el fruto que demos sea fruto de Jes\u00fas. Permanezcan para que puedan seguir dando fruto durante esta temporada inestable.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
