Romp\u00ed una regla percibida, pero nadie m\u00e1s sale herido. Tambi\u00e9n puedo sentir verg\u00fcenza (t\u00f3xica) por mi peso porque creo que me hace de alguna manera inaceptable y objeto de juicio por parte de los dem\u00e1s.
