Despite the name, it isn&#8217;t about giving you &#8220;direction&#8221; for your life. A good spiritual director will never tell you what to do. Instead, as a fellow pilgrim on the journey, we help you notice and reflect on how you are (or aren&#8217;t) experiencing God in the ups and downs of your ordinary life.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"#form\" target=\"_self\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tGet in touch\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tWho is spiritual direction for?\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>The short answer is <strong>anyone. <\/strong>But you will likely find spiritual direction especially helpful if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a deepening desire to live a more authentic life with God<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re trying to make sense of God and your own faith journey<\/li>\n<li>The old answers, approach to faith, or spiritual practices that used to work don&#8217;t any more<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re in a faith crisis and wondering if you&#8217;re losing your way<\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;re at a crossroads in your life and need to discern God&#8217;s path forward<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be clear, spiritual direction is not therapy, nor is it coaching, discipling, or mentoring.
