Nuestro Taller para discernir tu contexto <\/strong>se centra en aprender a descubrir y comprender las din\u00e1micas sociales en tu contexto ministerial para que puedas responder a la obra del Esp\u00edritu dentro del sistema, las estructuras y las din\u00e1micas sociales que conforman tu congregaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\r\n

En cualquier comunidad, existen supuestos profundamente arraigados que moldean c\u00f3mo las personas piensan, hablan y act\u00faan. Estos supuestos a menudo operan sin que nos demos cuenta, como el agua para los peces.<\/p>\r\n

El problema es que la mayor\u00eda de los l\u00edderes no saben c\u00f3mo discernir lo que est\u00e1 operando bajo la superficie, y esto crea tensi\u00f3n entre aspiraci\u00f3n<\/i> (qui\u00e9n quieres ser) y realidad<\/i> (qui\u00e9n eres en realidad).<\/strong> A\u00fan m\u00e1s, las estructuras no examinadas a menudo (involuntariamente) centran a un grupo de personas y marginan a otros.<\/p>\r\n

Es bueno que los l\u00edderes aprendan a escuchar su propia vida interior y a discernir lo que sucede en su alma. Es bueno que los l\u00edderes escuchen las Escrituras y disciernan lo que sucede en el texto. \u00bfPero est\u00e1n los l\u00edderes escuchando a las fuerzas sociales en su congregaci\u00f3n y discerniendo qu\u00e9 est\u00e1 realmente dando forma a su comunidad?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

M\u00e1s de lo que parece<\/h4>\r\n

La buena noticia de todo lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo en los sistemas y estructuras bajo la superficie es que el Esp\u00edritu de Dios ya est\u00e1 trabajando, abriendo paso para que crezcan formas de vida nuevas e inesperadas. Este taller trata sobre c\u00f3mo aprender a notar y cooperar con la forma en que el Esp\u00edritu ya est\u00e1 obrando nueva creaci\u00f3n en tu contexto.<\/p>\r\n

C\u00f3mo abordar las brechas entre tu visi\u00f3n y tu pr\u00e1ctica<\/p>\r\n

Seth Richardson, Director de Transformaci\u00f3n Congregacional de Gravedad<\/a>, facilita nuestra Talleres para discernir tu contexto.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Seth ha estudiado en Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Wheaton Graduate School y Northern Seminary, donde su investigaci\u00f3n doctoral entrelaza las disciplinas teol\u00f3gica y sociol\u00f3gica. El coraz\u00f3n y la visi\u00f3n de Seth se basan en su pasi\u00f3n por todos los detalles del ministerio de la iglesia local.<\/p>\r\n
