Derek Miller

Derek is an Episcopal priest currently serving as rector of a congregation in Maryland. He holds both a Master’s of Theology and a Master’s of Church Ministry from the Ecumenical Institute at St. Mary’s Seminary & University in Baltimore, MD, and received a post-graduate diploma in Anglican Studies from Virginia Theological Seminary. Derek has served in a variety of denominational and faith-based contexts and has experience in church mission/planting work and revitalization, faith community organizing and advocacy, and nonprofit leadership.

Derek has been connected with Gravity since 2016 and has gone through multiple leadership cohorts and learning communities. He is now a facilitator for the The Formation Course and offers one-on-one coaching for both pastors and lay people. Click the buttons below to learn more.
